Bykea keeps charging riders for cancellations by customers. If a customer confirms a ride and then cancels while I am already on the way to pick them up I lose money. One time I traveled 5 km to the pickup location and when I arrived the customer did not answer my calls and then canceled. If a customer demands double passengers and I refuse because it breaks Bykea rules I still get charged after they cancel. This happened five times in one week and complaints get no response

problems in this app. #1 Stop doing this Topup wallet fake charges and when customer cancel the ride they Will already deducted the commission through the wallet. #2 Stop blocking accounts when wallet is empty there should be another Way to resolve it but a Rider have no such Time to Ride a bike and also transfer money to the account. #3 They have blocked my account,and I have paid 3 times Topup Qr code to unlock my account, which is also another app glitch or blunder.pay my money please 🙏

Very disappointing app. The commission rates are way too high, and the ride availability is terrible. It's almost impossible to get a ride easily. Not recommended at all.
